This table was very fun to paint.
I played around with a couple of new techniques this time. I tinted ASCP “Graphite” paint with black acrylic paint, in order to darken it. Then, I used clear and dark wax on the dark surfaces. I used ASCP “Old White” on the rest of the desk. I even painted the brass drawer pulls with “Old White” and then waxed them.
It turned out really pretty.
As a matter of fact, this one will be beautiful in my foyer
(if it doesn’t sell – wink, wink)
I cannot believe I forgot to take a before pic of this one.
