Fabulous Friday Link Party #9

I’m changing things up a bit and doing ALL furniture features today.
I loved every entry last week but I was blown away by the furniture posts.
I couldn’t decide on a favorite, so I’m featuring several.

I love every little thing about this piece.  CJ at Juniper and Roses really did a great job transforming this sweet old dresser into a jewel!  I love the use of “old white” chalk paint on the framed areas and the original wood patina showing through on the drawer facings and surface.  The drawer pulls are also a perfect addition giving it added character.

This beauty has found it’s new home in a children’s boutique as a display piece.  Don’t you just LOVE the bright color?  I would like to see it in the store but can only imagine how adorable it must be!  Kathy at Petticoat Junction has a real knack for painting furniture and I always look forward to seeing what she’s going to paint next!

Danielle over at Silver Pennies painted this cute little nightstand the sweetest shade of pink.  It’s a sweet little piece but what really won me over was the INSIDE of this nightstand.  I love the surprise pop of gray when the drawer is opened.  Such a nice touch and one that I will try to remember as I’m painting my next piece of furniture!

I’m loving the stenciled drawer and cabinet facings on this piece from Carrie at Hooked on Decorating! The color is so fresh and I really like the stencil she used… it’s Arabesque by Martha Stewart.
