Meet my new “Baking Station”. I set up this section of the kitchen exclusively for baking ingredients, bowls, utensils and items such as parchment and wax paper.
First of all, I labeled all baking ingredients in these storage containers.
Included in this cabinet…
Self-Rising Flour, All-Purpose Flour, Sugar, Brown Sugar, Raw Sugar, Cornmeal, and Cornstarch
Then, I added a turntable to the side that holds…
Vanilla Flavoring, Cocoa Powder, Pam Cooking Spray, and Cooking Oil
Behind the turntable, I stashed a bag of cookie cutters (since these are not used often).
In a cabinet, just to the right of this one, I stored all my mixing bowls and Kitchenmaid bowls.
In the drawers of the baking station, I’ve included…
Spatulas, Kitchenaid mixer attachments, measuring bowls, measuring spoons, cookie spoons, etc.
In another drawer of the baking station, I’ve included…
Parchment Paper, Wax Paper, Aluminum Foil, Cling Wrap, and Storage Bags
And that’s how I set up my “Baking Station”… it’s already inspiring me to bake much more!!!
