White Chocolate Brownie Bars

It’s National White Chocolate Day!  So, I’m sharing a white chocolate recipe…

This is a chocolate brownie bar with white chocolate chips.  They’re so good!

1 stick of butter, melted

2 cups of sugar

2/3 cup of cocoa powder

3 eggs

1 1/2 cups of self-rising flour

1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla flavoring

1 cup of white chocolate morsels

Preheat oven to 350°.  In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, sugar and cocoa powder.  Add one beaten egg at a time.  Incorporate the flour and vanilla flavoring into the mixture.  Then fold in the cup of morsels.  Spread into a greased 9 x 13″ baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.   Allow to cool before cutting.  Use a plastic knife for cutting the brownies so the tops will not tear.
