Blackberry Cobbler Skillet
Ingredients:
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. fresh blackberries
1 c. sugar
1 c. self-rising flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
6 tbsp. melted butter
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Melt 2 tbsp. butter in cast iron skillet.
Arrange blackberries in bottom of skillet, on top of melted butter. Set aside skillet.
In a separate mixing bowl, sift together flour, sugar and salt. Add eggs to the dry ingredients and toss until crumbly. Sprinkle the crumbly mix over the blackberries. Drizzle with the melted butter.
Bake for 20 minutes or until top is golden brown.
