Honey Wheat Bread

Ingredients:

2 c. warm water (bath water temperature)
2 c. whole wheat flour
5 c. all-purpose flour
1 package rapid rise yeast
1/4 c. EVOO
1/2 c. honey
2 tsp. salt

Make sure you use (2) 9″ x 5″ GLASS LOAF PANS.

Dissolve the yeast in warm water.  Add honey, wheat flour, salt and EVOO.  Add AP flour, gradually.  Using dough hook on mixer, knead on medium level for 10 minutes.  It will be ready to stop when the dough starts pulling from the edge of mixing bowl.  You should be able to touch dough without it sticking to your finger.  Oil down two 9 x 5 GLASS loaf pans and divide batter into both pans.  Sprinkle the top with flour and pat top.  Let both pans rise in the microwave for 3 hours.  When the dough fills up the pan, bake for exactly 30 minutes at 350 degrees.  Enjoy!
